A layer on top of Agillic
Zendit gives the whole organisation access to your marketing.
You give each role its own access, and no superuser is needed.
The problem
The platform is not the problem. Access is.
Agillic can do a great deal, which is how the platform ends up with the few. Templates, target groups, consent and flows need someone who knows all of it.
If a colleague needs an email out, it goes through them. Not because anyone decided it should, but because it has always been that way.
The roles
A door each
You decide who gets which access, and nobody gets more than that.
Marketing
Writes, previews and schedules it
Pick a template, write the text, or let the AI draft it. You see the email exactly as the recipient will get it, and choose the target group and the time yourself. Without opening Agillic.
Translator
Edits only their own market
The translator sees the English text in one column and writes their own beside it. Zendit puts it back into Agillic, and the original cannot be overwritten.
Customer service
Looks a member up straight away
A member calls, and the answer is in Agillic. In Zendit, customer service looks the member up and sees exactly the fields you have allowed, and none of the rest.
Admin
Approves before anything goes out
Some places want an admin to see an email before it goes out, others do not need that at all. You set the flow up yourself, and you can switch it off again.
Insights
ComingEverything you send, measured
Opens, clicks and drop-off per campaign, without anyone having to pull data into a spreadsheet first. We filter out the clicks security scanners make on their own, so the numbers hold up.
In production
Zendit already runs at our first customers.
We build Agillic solutions at Dwarf and know the problem from both sides: the customers waiting, and us, writing the email for them. Zendit is what we were missing ourselves.
A selection. More are on their way.
